I have had the knob Creek 9 Year in the past. I don't recall it being very memorable to be honest. I'll have to give the new bottling a try. Now, the mention of the 12 and 15 peaked my interest certainly. Those are ones that I would love to get.
On top of the boozy cherry note, in which I also love, I do enjoy those intense peanutty notes that you get from some Jim Beam products as well. Like the taste of straight peanut shells, great flavour. It brings you back to being at a bar throwing peanut shells on the ground.
